Shelly runs the acclaimed Vegetarian 'Ventures food blog, posting delicious vegetarian and vegan recipes and the most stunning food photos. She recently finished a cookbook about adventuring in the Midwest through vegetarian cooking. It will be out in the Spring and I can't wait to read it.
