She recently finished a cookbook about adventuring in the Midwest through vegetarian cooking. It will be out in the Spring and I can't wait to read it. Bloomington's Uel Zing Coffee began as a yellow coffee cart and grew to be a brick and mortar. Owner Samuel Sveen's personal narrative (and more photos) can be found in Issue 5 of Driftless Magazine.
